Tim Larsson - The first version you described is the CD version; the original EP was extended, and didn’t feature the second piece after fadeout. So there are actually three versions of “Judy,” and they are all available on vinyl - the OG extended mix on the 1999 Legal Man pressing, the CD version on the 2006 Push Barman compilation, and the 2016 extended mix on this collection. The new one isn’t on CD, which is probably a good thing - I don’t have any more money to spend on these same two dozen-ish songs ????

It's very different from the original. You do know how the original sounds? After 2 minutes it goes all bass for a while, and a new "part" of the song plays for one minute, and then it fades out for a while and some new piece starts at the end. Total 4:06.The new version goes to that bass part after 4 minutes, and that new "part" doesn't fade out until the very end and is 3 and a half minute long. Total 7:29. So yeah, it's quite different :) Really high intensity straight through, a great party song!
